How to Order Envelopments©
Restrictions placed upon us as a licensed reseller mean we cannot sell ENVELOPMENTS© products online. If you would like to place an order for ENVELOPMENTS© products, please send an e-mail with the size, colour and amount required and we will forward you an invoice. We do not hold Envelopments in stock, they are ordered from the US to your individual requirements.
The only exception is the Swatch deck with can be ordered from our online store, we also have a small selection of sample products.
Please note:
There is a minimum order value of € 250 (this is due to the high minimum shipping charge we incur when ordering from the US) Minimum order of 10 of any item. € 10 shipping charge to any address throughout Ireland (free for orders over € 500) or orders can be collected. Full payment is required before we place your order with Envelopments.
There is a 7 day cooling off period once your order has been placed with us. You are free to cancell your order at this time. As Envelopments are a custom order once this 7 day cooling off period has passed we cannot accept cancellations or returns.
We are simply a supplier for the Envelopments range. We are not able to give advice via the telephone or e-mail on how to put your invitations together or provide printing templates etc. We have however put together some useful guides, general templates which may be of some use - click here- (Also we use Envelopments ourself, so If we know the answer we are more than happy to help).
Please allow an average of 3-4 weeks for your order to arrive to us.

Quantity:
Before ordering any components, consider the amount you need. It is always more cost effective to have extras than to have to order more later. If you need to place an additional order, our minimum order of € 250 will still apply. To keep your cost down it may be more cost effective (and easier to run through your printer) if you use a larger size paper/card (e.g.8.5x11 - US Letter Size) to print more than 1 item at a time and then cut it to the size you require.Printing Method:
Some paper/card are more suitable for laser printing, some for for inkjet. We strongly recommend you do a test run on the paper type that you intend to use as it is not possible to return envelopments. C1 (Matt) colours are suitable for Laser or Inkjet printers. C2 (Metallic) and vellums are only suitable for Laser Printers. Patterned & Metallic Textured are usually not printed on.Payment:
As Envelopments are a custom order payment must be made in full prior the order being processed. We accept cheque (made payable to Cakes and Favours) or credit card payment - Visa, MasterCard and Laser. If you are paying by cheque the check must be received and banked before the order can be processed.As Envelopments are custom ordered to your requirements cancellations or returns are not permitted once your order has placed with our supplier.
